Internet Rental Specials
Internet Rental Specials June 1, 2012-September 30, 2012.
For all specials weekend or holiday pricing is in effect.
We consider weekday pricing a discount and does not apply to internet specials.
This is for open online rental availability during the time frame of June 1-September 30, 2012.
# 1 WEEKNIGHT Rental: Rent two weeknights (Sunday’s-Wednesday nights) at full priced weekend rates and receive the third weeknight at weekend rate free.
# 2 WEEKEND Rental: Rent Friday and Saturday nights at full priced weekend rates and receive a third night at weekend rate half off; Sunday or Thursday, your choice!
# 3 WEEKEND Rental: Rent Thursday, Friday Saturday full priced weekend rates and receive a fourth night at weekend rate free, Wednesday or Sunday, your choice.
- Only one discount applies per rental and per guest.
- AAA, professional or military discounts or returning guest discounts can not apply here in addition to the above. Weekday pricing is not applicable to specials. All specials are based on weekend pricing.
- The above specials are NOT good during any holiday or Mentone Festival time frame. This would be July Fourth time frame, Labor Day time frame, Mile Long Yard Sale and any calendar holiday.
- However, if the reservation in question is for a Mentone Cabin returning guest that we have a prior reservation history on file, the holiday time frame may be waived in lieu of our normal return guest discount.
- If any of our returning Mentone Cabin guests that we have prior reservation history on file, have made a reservation prior to May 1 for the time frame noted above and want to use any of the specials noted above, they can add to their existing reservation for the time frame if reservation was made prior to June 1, 2012.
- No exceptions made for partial date rentals during the above time frame.
Internet special must be applied or in place the day the reservation is made either on line using the notes section or by phone. Reservation assistant will note the file at time the call is made; no calls the next day or after the fact. However, if the existing reservation is for a returning guest for which we have an existing rental history on file, there may be an exception and the above be waived.
PLEASE NOTE: Some cabins do not participate in specials of any kind, per owner request. This disclosure is noted on the main page of the cabin information and if not there we will double check with owner to make sure they want to participate. No exceptions will be made for the non participating cabins.
